- Working alongside ONS and Vinci Facilities to deliver ‘Evolving the Workplace’, an estate-wide move to enable a flexible and active approach to ways of hybrid working and enhance the experience to allow all within the business to be at their best. Inclusive design and supporting well-being strategies were vital. Working closely with Directorate Leaders and smaller focus groups within the business to draw out the complex needs of each directorate to best place them within the campus and with spaces to suit their workstyles best.
- Whilst working on EtW, we were commissioned to compile a Design Guide to enable the ONS to roll out the design to other sites without going through the same processes every time.
